Welcome to Window Cleaning Budds. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Window Cleaning Budds provides residential and commercial window cleaning, including interior and exterior glass, frames, sills, and optional add-ons (e.g., screen cleaning, hard water stain removal).
2. Appointments & Access

Clients must ensure that access to the property is available on the scheduled date and time.

If access is not available and we are unable to perform the work, a call-out fee may be charged.

All pets should be secured, and pathways cleared of obstructions or hazards.
3. Pricing & Payment
-
All quotes are based on information provided at the time of booking and may be adjusted if the scope of work differs upon arrival.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include: cash, credit/debit card, e-transfer ([Insert email]), or invoice (commercial only).
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no extra charge.

Beyond this window, additional charges may apply.
6. Weather Policy

In cases of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, or high winds), we may need to reschedule for safety reasons.

We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available appointment.
7. Liability

While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, or sills.

Damage caused by unsecured or aged window fixtures.

We carry full liability insurance, and coverage details are available upon request.
8. Safety

Our team follows safety protocols and may refuse to work in conditions deemed unsafe (e.g., damaged ladders, icy walkways, aggressive pets).
9. Privacy&DATA PROTECTION
Window Cleaning Budds (WCB) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Any phone numbers, email addresses, or contact details collected for appointment scheduling, reminders, invoices, or promotions are used solely by Window Cleaning Budds.

Customer opt-in data, including SMS or email consent, will never be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

We do not transfer, disclose, or provide your opt-in consent records to any external organization.
Your information is used strictly for:
