Valley dust settles fast. Burbank summers are hot and dry, and the Santa Ana winds that come through in fall and winter push dust across the whole valley. That fine layer builds up on glass, screens and window tracks, and it's why windows here can look hazy just a few months after a clean.
Sprinklers leave spots. Front lawns and garden beds right under the windows are common in Burbank, and sprinkler overspray dries into mineral spots on the lower panes. A regular clean keeps them from building up. If spots have been there a long time, we'll tell you up front whether they need more than a regular clean.

The Rancho. The equestrian neighborhood near Griffith Park and the river, with ranch homes and horse properties. We'll plan around gates, long driveways and animals.
Hillside Burbank. The homes above Glenoaks in the Verdugo foothills, many with big view windows facing the valley. For high glass we use water-fed poles, and we set ladders only on level, stable footing.
Downtown Burbank and the Media District. Condos, townhomes and older homes on nearby streets, plus storefronts and offices.
